- What counts as a request?
- A request is one unit of work: a new page, a section update, a content change, a copy rewrite, a photo swap. There's no restricted list. If it's on your website and you want it changed, send the request.
- Is copywriting included?
- Yes. If you need something written, whether a new page, a rewrite, or better headlines, that's just a request. Use it whenever your site needs it.
- What's the difference between the monthly plan and a Refresh?
- The monthly plan is for ongoing updates, keeping your site current as your business evolves. A Refresh is a larger project: we redesign sections or the full site to modernize the look and feel. It's scoped per project and priced separately.
- Is there a contract?
- No contracts on the monthly plan. Cancel anytime. Refresh engagements are project-scoped: we agree on scope and price before anything starts.
- How fast are requests completed?
- Most requests are done within 1 to 2 business days. We'll give you a heads up if something will take longer.
